MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Musicians who play orchestral instruments are invited to join the Chestnut Hill Orchestra as playing members. While there is always a need for string players, there are openings in the brass and woodwind sections, particularly oboe, horn and trumpet.

 

The Orchestra is especially interested in string players who have been away from their instrument for a while and wish to resume playing on a regular basis. Musicians who are switching from another instrument to a string instrument are also encouraged to join.

 

Rehearsals are held at St. Paul’s Reformed Episcopal Church, 800 Church Rd. Oreland PA.19075 from 7:45 to 10 PM  on Sunday evenings from September through May.  For a rehearsal schedule, directions and more information email cho@gophilamusic.org or call 215-676-3245
